Huntsford Farms, Southampton Woods, Emerald Oval Cluster Home Developments

In collaboration with the partners at GF55 and Gross Builders, I thoroughly analyzed planning and zoning codes to not only optimize unit counts for the Huntsford Farms, Southampton Woods, and Crystal Lakes (Emerald Oval) cluster home developments, but also create livable spaces throughout the community, while also designing the base units and producing detailed 3D models and site plans. This project exemplifies Architectural Visions by Matthew Sorrentino’s commitment to combining strategic planning and innovative design to maximize development potential.
